i was born in baghdad and moved to texas in 2009. i grew up in dfw, studied cs at ut dallas, and recently moved to seattle.
before this, i:
- interned at amazon as a software engineer (seattle, summer 2025)
- interned at l3harris as a software engineer (greenville, summer 2024)
- interned at apple in information security (summer 2023)
- played overwatch semi-professionally, including a stretch as world #1
- founded dm esports & apparel in high school and raised funding for it
outside of software i play basketball (go mavs), run, and play games.
